The first one we received one of the brakes were not functioning. They send a replacement, that one did not have the tools to fix it. But on the whole we like it so far. It’s been only one day since we received it. Looks like good quality. Looks great. Assembly was not hard.

Hello. I purchased this Rollator on 7 October 2023.
[...]It broke on 5 July 2024 (see attached photo), resulting in my wife falling and hurting herself.
I contacted the seller directly, who stated that it is not under warranty, and is not repairable.
Didn’t realise at the time of purchase that it is Chinese, hence should not have expected much.
However, I referred its purchase to a few other senior citizens, which I am now regretting.

Pros.
1. Easy to DIY if you know bicycle brakes. But no manual/instructions for assembly and brake tuning.
2. Looks rugged – will update review after indoor outdoor use.
3. Safety – Rounded edged. Or PVC moulds / caps for sharp edges.
4. Good utility of provided Basket.
Cons.
1. Extra wide seat dimensions mentioned in write up 18 in x 13.25 in.
Actual product received seat size is 14 in x 13 in. A good 4 in short in width.
Just fits my parents needs so not returning.
2. Made in China.
