Your pan is good but must to check the item before packing. Please deliver new piece. Old stock has been delivered. Sorry I am disappointed. It is rusted, it shows everywhere in the pan. Replace another one , I have noticed that rusty piece delivered, but it is not that much bad as earlier one. Please try to sell new item.

I bought this in combination with the kadai and dosa pan in an attempt to get rid of unhealthy nonstick ware and also to reduce waste due to the annual change of all nonstick vessels. The pan is very heavy and if maintained as per the instructions on the manual, it yields an almost nonstick surface that will only improve with time and use. This one is built to use for a whole lifetime and more. I couldn’t have had a more satisfactory buy, this provides a healthy medium to cook in and saves unnecessary waste and money spent on replacing nonstick ware.

The pan is heavy and so whatever you make cooks very well on low to medium heat
Great for low oil cooking … like besan/moong chila, dosa, pan stir-fry, omlette, french toast etc..
The pan is quite heavy and the handle gets hot – so you will need the sleeve – wish Vinod had provided a better sleeve – like made of silicone plastic/rubber etc..
Its made of cast iron so will ruin the surface and RUST easily if you do not follow the daily use instructions in the accompanying booklet
