The media could not be loaded.
The coating went within a month of usage. I had bought thinking it to be a good Indian brand. Would have bought Stahl product . Non stick utensils coating goes after a year. But this is pathetic

The product pictures has a honeycomb finish. What arrived in my box was just plain stainless steel. While I am not entirely disappointed as it is the size I wanted, I wonβt buy Vinod brand again.

I purchased the Vinod Cookware Kadhai from Amazon in January 2024, expecting a durable and long-lasting product, especially considering the 5-year warranty. Unfortunately, my experience has been nightmarish.

The non-stick coating started peeling within 5-8 months of gentle use. I’ve been meticulous about using silicone spatulas and wooden spoons to avoid damage. The product’s performance is subpar, and the warranty seems meaningless.
Customer Care: 0/5
The customer care team’s response (or lack thereof) has been appalling. Despite providing proof of purchase, photos of the defective product, and explaining my careful usage, they dismissed my concerns, claiming “improper use.” Their indifference and unwillingness to honor the warranty are unacceptable.
Look for alternative brands offering reliable quality, comprehensive warranties, and responsive customer support.
