I am writing this review after 3 months of usage. This Kadai is a worthy purchase considering that it stays for many years. Cooking will be good for a small family of 2-4. Product is sturdy, heavy and has some non stick properties to a certain extent. Even if there is sticky food, it can be cleaned with no much difficulty. Heat distribution and retention is good.
[...]Always remember to keep the flame in low to medium range. Only drawback is the handle becomes hot upon extended use but it can be easily handled with a kitchen duster.

I have been looking for a 3-ply kadhai for a while and after browsing through a lot I bought this 24 cm Vinod Kadhai and I am very happy with my purchase. The quality is very good, handles don’t get hot, food doesn’t stick at all and very easy to clean. The lid isn’t 3-ply but you don’t need one to be. Highly recommended.
