This is such an amazing kadhai…it’s super easy to clean. Handle is very sturdy. I am reviewing this kadhai after using it for continuous three months. I have used this kadhai for deep frying also. N I am happy with this product.

I bought it bc I needed a flat bottom kadai for induction cooktop. I love the size . Itβs perfect for a family meal & also for cooking larger quantities for guests. Plus I like that the glass lid has a notch in it to hold the spatula right there π

I fried onions and eggs.
Nothing burnt.
Made curry too.
You just need to follow the pre-usage instructions. Also, as necessary for all steel utensils, seasoning needs to be done. I did it with a bit of rice bran oil… It worked fine.
