I absolutely love this dinky pressure cooker!
[...]Itβsβ 2litre capacity means it reaches pressure really quickly and is perfect for creating meals for 1-2 people. The cooker is well made from highly polished stainless steel with a thick aluminium sandwich base to spread heat and prevent hot spots. The lid locks on easily with a simple twist action. A silicone (replaceable) gasket completes the seal. Pressure is controlled with a snap on top weight – regulating it to medium steam.There is a safety valve in the lid which βfusesβ if you inadvertently let it boil dry.
I bought this mini pressure cooker for my caravan as a time (and gas) saver. It takes up little cupboard space and is perfect for creating quick holiday meals. Highly recommend.
