Considering the costly product, why no warranty card ? All my other previous Vinod purchases had warranty cards ? The product seems good. But it has to stand the test of time. Without warranty the product doesn’t make sense at such high price.

I was looking for a sturdy, good quality masala box and wanted to order online rather than buy from a local shop, keeping in mind the Covid situation in mind. While there were less expensive products available online, I still ordered the Vinod Steel Masala Box, after reading all the positive reviews, hoping for a good product. However, to my dismay, within less than a year itself the steel box has already cracked at two places already. This is very disappointing. The usage has been very light, in a nuclear family kitchen, still the product did not even last a year…..this was totally unexpected. The last masala box that I used lasted for more than 10 years. Request the concerned team to refund the amount and improve the quality of their product for future customers. Attached are few images.

The box is shiny and good. The stainless steel quality is good and hasn’t shown any degradation after one month of usage. Also most containers do not have sharp edges except the biggest one. Vinod should remove sharp edges from everywhere. There is only one spoon in the box which is sturdy.
