I bought this milk/sauce saucepan because it was one of the few at that size offering a lid with it. Admittedly it was very cheap and boy do you get what you pay for. Very light and thin alluminium, the bottom showed signs of pitting after just one use and was going to sdend it back – but then found that it would cost me nearly Β£3 to do so so decided to keep it. At least the glass lid will come in useful!

In just two days the edge of the saucepan got cracked in three places.I trusted this brand and threw the packing as soon as i took the saucepan out.Now i cant even return it . It is the worst product i have ever bought .Dont waste your money on this brand.

It’s a great product if you want to boil milk on induction cook top, but not for gas stove as the handle will get too hot. It’s a heavy product with thick base. The only complaint is that it can’t handle more than 2.5 litres of milk though product description says 3 litres.

I’m removing a star because the metal lid advertised in the product picture was not included within the package.
The saucepan itself gives you your money’s worth. Boils water in about seven minutes and doesn’t burn milk. The handle is all metal, so heats up and can not be used without a potholder. I’m sure I’ll burn my hand on it a few times. It cools down in about two minutes and is handleable after. The handle is riveted into the metal, so I don’t expect it will come loose or off anytime. The handle is made out of sheet metal folded and spot welded in two or three places along the underside, which feels like it might open out at some point.
[...]It’s pretty good for anything form making pasta to boiling eggs. The heavy bottom of the pan makes sure things don’t burn, and stays warm for a bit keeping things hot inside.
The only major con is the usage of metal in both the handle and the lid, which makes it impossible to handle (or take the lid off) barehanded once things get cooking. A potholder is absolutely essential while handling this saucepan. It does get hot enough to quite seriously burn your hand in about three or four minutes. The handle for the lid could have been a different material, since this is something that needs to be handled a lot more and might not seem like something you need a potholder or a cloth for.
The flat lid would have been useful if I wanted to weight the lid down by putting something heavy on it for an extended slow cook, but for the price I paid for this, I don’t particularly miss it. Just that it should not be advertised as such in the product image.

Good pan. Multiple uses. It’s sturdy. Bottom thickness is good. Easy to clean, except for the lid. Because of the lid design, food particles get stuck and it’s difficult to clean out. Some how the lid handle has managed to build some rust on the edges. Would definitely buy again though.
