Extremely disappointed with Vinodβs customer service. The nonstick coating on the tawa wore off well within the warranty period, and when I reached out for a replacement, they flatly rejected the claim giving some arbitrary excuse that had nothing to do with the actual issue.
To make things worse, they didnβt even bother to respond to multiple follow-up emails. Totally unprofessional and not what youβd expect from a reputed brand.
If youβre buying this for peace of mind or warranty support β donβt. They simply donβt stand by their products.

It’s very light weight. It keeps slipping of the stove while making dosa. Was very challenging to use for for 2-3 months.
[...]Will not buy this next time when I have to change. Usually have to change non stick tawas once a year as the non stick coating starts peeling off and starts sticking to the dosa.
