Good product. Sturdy design. It came with a plastic cover for the handle which I am not able to remove. They have given a whatsapp number for help. But that is of no use as it has only standard options.

The stick is not sturdy. It is shaky and unstable. Senior citizen can’t rely on it. Beware the product is not returnable. Better experience it in store and then purchase it or rather use good old Lathi instead.
