After using just for few months, wheels of the walker only rotate, but do not move, as the wheels have got stuck in their brackets; hence, walker has to be lifted to move forward. Brackets for wheels should be little broader for free movement of wheels.

This is useless as its wheels are very uncomfortable and I purchased it for my aged father. He can’t take it and walk and he wants big wheels. If you replace it with that one, we will be highly grateful and our money will not be wasted then.

My mom is an arthritis patient and needs support to walk, this is a good product for our need, could be a little less pricey and they should sell wheel replacement as they go bad after sometime and I had to buy this one just because the previous one’s rubber on wheels got damaged after a long life of 2 years.
