I bought this AC 2 weeks ago and the engineer came to install it, since day 1 this AC is having some issues, sometimes it stops itself and start showing some error code in midnight and next day starts working again. I called service engineer to have a look, AC was working well during day so he did nothing and went back, the AC stopped cooling again at night, is there someone to help me out with this problem as this is very frustrating. I trusted voltas must be having good AC and service but both disappointed me. Since it has already crossed 10 days limit so I can’t even replace it. Feels like being looted :(

Good service but technician was unskilled he leak my company gas and refile his on gasif uh have budget go for Panasonic ❤️ extreme cooling 👍👍 for average use uh can go with voltas

I ordered it for my village home, the installation people came after a week to install. Worked for initial days. It’s one of the acts which take years to close thr windows. Not so energy efficient, the size was too large

The experience while installing the AC was terrible. The people sent from Voltas to install the AC damaged the walls badly and seemed like they had no experience. The AC has not worked well. It barely cools the room at 18deg.
When we contacted Voltas – they had an ‘engineer’ call us but he didn’t come over to check and repair the AC. When we called him, he abused us for calling and disturbing him. We reported this to Voltas and they said they would send another engineer. The other engineer called and has still not turned up. It is more than 2 weeks. When we contact Voltas they keep saying they will send someone ‘soon’
Highly disappointing. will not recommend buying any Voltas product as the after sales support is the worst.
