I recently purchased the Voltas 1.5 Ton 3 Star Inverter Window AC (183V Vertis Pearl, 2023 Model). The AC works flawlessly — excellent cooling, energy-efficient, and the 2-in-1 adjustable mode is a great feature. Voltas has really done a good job with the product.
Delivery was on time and smooth, no complaints there.
However, the installation experience was a disaster. The person assigned by the company was completely unprofessional and frankly, had no idea what he was doing. He seemed clueless and careless — a total waste of time. Eventually, I had to call a local technician to get the installation done properly. Very disappointing on Voltas’s part when it comes to after-sales service.

✅ Great product – Highly satisfied with the AC itself.
❌ Poor installation – Had to call an outside person due to the incompetence of the assigned technician.
Voltas should seriously work on improving their service team.
