I have been using this product for the last two months and believe me, it truly deserves accolades for its astounding quality and outstanding performance. It cools your small room (for which it is meant) within seconds and all functions on the remote control work as expected giving instant desired output and leaving no room for complaint of any sort. It’s a very nice product worth every penny you pay for it and value for money in all respects. You can blindly purchase the item without any second thought!!!!

Timed the purchase during winters hence got a very sweet deal with discounts which made the product even better. Have been a voltas user for past 7 years so this product fits well in our home and writing this review after 5 months of usage in peak summer I can say it can run a room cool even if it’s 48 outside.
Go for it if you have a mid size room as it is very good in cooling and fuzzy free product.

First day of using this AC and it meets our requirement. The room cools quickly. This AC doesn’t have horizontal swing and Wi-Fi feature even though the remote control has those buttons. The installation/technician was good and knowledgeable, polite and was able to complete the work faster. But the installation cost should be reduced. We already paid INR 1500 online and still ended up paying INR 2100 more due to AC Outdoor stand, Electric cable length, Whitish Insulation kind of tape and one more thing. Overall expense of INR 3600 is way too high.

The product is good. We got it installed three days ago, and everything went well. For a small room of around 100–110 sq. ft., 1 ton is sufficient. I chose the 3-star variant since the usage is limited. The best part is that I can run this AC at 0.6, 0.7, 0.8 ton as well, which helps save electricity.
One more suggestion if anyone want professional installation ask for DSC installation only not from 3rd party service centre.

I honestly don’t understand how such mistakes can happen with such expensive items. Let me explain … I needed the order delivered to Azamgarh. I had ordered 2 ACs. One of them arrived directly in Azamgarh quickly and that was fine. But the second AC was routed through Varanasi, which makes no sense to me, especially since both orders were supposed to be shipped from Lucknow.
Then, a Voltas technician came and checked one of the ACs…. it was showing a “99 error” or something similar, which he managed to fix after speaking with support and entering some code. The second AC had a PCB issue. the display wasn’t lighting up at all.
Now the interesting (and frustrating) part, the technician took money for servicing both ACs from me, but customer care didn’t provide any help at all. On top of that, Amazon is not even offering a replacement option.
Finally, after arguing for 1–2 hours, a return request was initiated. If this is the level of service, then honestly, it’s better to buy such items offline. Amazon is no longer what it used to be …… it’s becoming unreliable.
Seriously, I’m very disappointed with this experience.
