    Worst product and worst service.
    For delivery of the product, it took two weeks and installation took another three days.
    After usage of few days, cooling was not effective and called voltas dealer.
    It has been more than one month to call them.
    So far, they have not attended the complaint.

    I’m still fuming after dealing with the most incompetent customer service team regarding my AC complaint. It’s been a month since I reported the issue, and I’m still waiting for a resolution.

    The AC unit would randomly shut off, leaving me sweating in my own home. I called the customer service number, expecting some level of assistance. What I got was a dismissive, unhelpful representative who seemed more interested in getting me off the phone than solving my problem.

    At this point, I’m not even expecting a resolution; I just want someone to take responsibility for the incompetence I’ve experienced. If you value your sanity, stay far, far away from this company’s customer service.

    *UPDATE:* I’ve since been contacted by a “customer service manager” who promised to “look into” my issue. Let’s see if this is just another empty promise…

    The real issue, however, was the delayed response. It took multiple follow-up calls to get anyone to even acknowledge my issue, let alone start working on a solution. Each time I called, I was given a different estimated timeframe for when someone would contact me or visit my home. These timeframes were consistently not met, leaving me to wonder if anyone was even taking my issue seriously.

    The delay in identifying the problem was equally frustrating. The initial representative seemed to be guessing at the cause of the issue, and it took multiple interactions with different representatives to even get a clear explanation of what was going on. The lack of clear communication and transparency made it impossible for me to understand what was happening with my issue, and I was left feeling frustrated and helpless.

    The delayed response and identification of the problem have been a nightmare, and I’m still waiting for a resolution to my issue. The lack of accountability and communication from the customer service team has been appalling, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
