I bought this Voltas 2 Ton 5 Star Inverter Split AC for my 280 sq ft room, and I must say – it delivers what it promises! The room cools down in 5-10 minutes, even when set at 25°C, and maintains the temperature consistently. Excellent cooling efficiency, even in peak summer. The noise level is great inside, may be a bit louder outside but nothing out of the ordinary.
The remote is simple and intuitive – no Wi-Fi, no mobile app drama, just plain buttons that work. This is a big win for elderly people and non-tech-savvy users, which is the majority in Indian households. Truly thoughtful design!
Delivery was prompt – the unit arrived on time, well-packaged, with no scratches or dents. You get multiple cooling modes depending on your comfort needs. I also used a Voltas-branded stabilizer (recommended if your area has voltage issues) for peace of mind.
Only downside: Installation was delayed by 3 days. I had to call Voltas customer service in Mumbai, and to their credit, they arranged same-day installation. Technicians did a decent job in about 3 hours. Note: installation is chargeable.
Overall, highly recommended if you want powerful cooling, straightforward operation, and brand reliability. Great value for money!

Never ever buy Voltas 2 Ton AC from Amazon. Very worst installation service. They assign a service provider (claimed to be expert and verified) for installation. However the service provider damaged the AC and stopped working within 2 hours. I keep calling amazon team & Volatas customer, got reply of wait for 72 hrs for visit engineer.

Product with faulty electrical power chord that goes indoor to outdoor unit. Have to change with new one. Moreover, the billing was wrong. AC atteacts 28% GST, BUT IN MY BILL IT IS 18%.
