   Extremely Disappointed – Received a Used and Defective Product

   I am thoroughly disappointed with this purchase. I ordered this remote control for my air conditioner with the expectation of receiving a brand-new, functional product. However, what I received today is completely unacceptable.

   Firstly, the remote I received is clearly used. The surface shows visible signs of wear, including smudges and scratches that are not typical of a new product. Even more concerning, the display is defective—the digits on the screen are only partially visible, making it impossible to read settings or temperatures correctly. This renders the remote almost useless for its intended purpose.

   It is shocking and frankly unacceptable that a used and non-functional item was shipped in place of a new one. This not only reflects poor quality control but also feels like a deliberate attempt to pass off a returned or faulty product as new. I feel misled and cheated by this experience.

   I strongly urge others to be cautious while purchasing this product. I am in the process of initiating a return and expect a full refund or a proper replacement at the earliest. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in this seller and platform.
