I purchased this washing machine from Amazon and was initially impressed with the same-day delivery. However, the experience quickly turned negative.
The next day, upon using the machine, we noticed a serious water leakage from the bottom. On closer inspection, we found a manufacturing defect on one leg and physical damage on the other side – To make matters worse, I had ordered a grey color model, but received a blue one instead.
Based on the condition of the product, it seemed like the seller was already aware of these issues. The damages were clearly visible and hard to miss, which makes me feel like the faulty product was shipped knowingly in the hope that it would go unnoticed.
This experience was extremely disappointing and not what I expected from Amazon. I hope better quality checks and seller accountability measures are implemented to prevent such incidents.

After using the machine for around a year, i can come to conclusion that it is not worth buying. better to go for brands which provide better after sales service support. We bought the machine in june 24 and the dryer motor stopped working in april 25. it was replaced as it was under warranty. But it took10 days which i feel is long. Again the dryer motor broke down in June 25. it still falls under warranty but it has not been replaced yet as it over 15 days. the local technician has stopped responding to calls. the call center puts the onus on the local service center and even they dont take any responsibility. Its full on rainy season and the imagine the dryer of the washing machine doesnt work for 15+ days. Its better to go for more established brands which can provide immediate support.
