Very poor service. Nobody answering call bad customer service. It is my first bad experience in Amzon Installation was not done,no service person came for demo.i booked call several times but demo and installation was not done .service person cancelled the calls and not responding.product was good but difficult to install on our own.

After sales service was excellent. Voltas did quick installation, product demo and support, after I registered product on their site and requested the demo via email. Proud that a Made in India product came with quality service and support.
Got mails from LG and Samsung saying “ Based on your recent activity, we thought you might be interested in some 55% sale.” I wondered how. Happy I had an option to buy from a reputed local manufacturer Tata. It is also competitively priced, looks great and big enough for family.
