This product is cheap investment instead of costly softeners, depends on your purpose of usage. We wanted to mainly reduce saltdeposit which this serves. Like it easily goes off in your weekly cleaning of bathrooms flooring instead of hard work to clean them otherwise

Writing this review after replacing the old cartridge with the new one. This is a cheaper solution for filtering the impurities esp. when you are living in an apartment. Your hair and skin will thank you for using this. You can see the difference between the old, used one with the new cartridge in the image.

This is my third year of using it, effective on borewell water, has resulted in less hair fall and white patchy formation on floor and taps. Easy to install. Slightly expensive.
