The most underrated product I got was 81% off. I’ve purchased this while using bike ride wear inside a helmet to hear outside noise also while listening to a song, and it meets my expectations 110%, as I can feel the vibrations also with the songs. Just like Apple uses haptic technology to think of what is happening on the screen in the movie to sensations you feel through your phone, you’ll get the same vibration feeling in these headphones also. It’s awesome. You can go for it blindly.

A value product for 789/-
Worth the price.
1. It really has a great bass and surround sound
EDM and Pop Songs sound best !!
2. Mic quality and noise cancellation are good too
3. Earbuds are lightweight and fits comfortably
4. Battery Backup is great. Easily gives you 5-6hrs+ playback on a single charge.
5. Latency is around 60-80ms. Sometimes you may feel it. So it is okayish.
The only feature that needs to get improved is the vocal sound quality in songs.
The original voice of the artist gets reduced a bit. (in terms of loudness)
It has a kind of immersive sound experience. But still the background music and bass sounds a bit loud than the vocals, so the final output seems to lack something.
But keeping its price range in mind, that’s way too good.
So if you like to hear the voice more than the background music, it may disappoint you a little.
Otherwise, it is a GREAAAT product. At this price it surpasses all the expectations. Really liked it!
IMPORTANT NOTE !
My review above stays intact.
[...]But do know, that after 2-3days of use, the left earbud stopped working. I replaced the item. And after 1 day of use the right earbud of the new product stopped working also. So I had to return the tws. (There was no physical damage on my part)
So I can’t assure you on the durability.
Else remains same.

I ordered the WeCool Bone Conduction Headphones a week earlier and received a slightly defective piece, wherein the right earlobe was loose and rotating freely off the neckband. I requested for a replacement and the customer service was prompt in accepting the replacement and replaced the headphones within just 2 days. The headphones themselves are pretty decent and comfortable to wear. There was an initial discomfort to adjust to the vibrations of the cheekbones, especially at higher volumes; but slowly, with reduced volume, I could pretty much get accustomed to them. The volume isn’t too great, the music isn’t too peaky or exuding higher bass, but it’s pretty good for decent listening to music and podcasts. Then again, it was to be expected as the headphones are bone conduction/ open ear; hence a fair bit of noise leakage is to be expected. The battery life is pretty solid; after about a couple of hours of continuous listening to podcasts and music, the battery life still shows a 100%. Need to ascertain the battery performance after a long ride (cycling) over the weekend. The fit and form factor are pretty good for the price. Though at times I felt a mild pain behind the ear after continuous usage for over 2 hours. Overall, a pretty good product for daily workouts as well as mild music/ podcast listening.
Note – Recommend using the volume at 60-70% of max volume to avoid discomfort and excessive vibrations.

bought this WeCool headset after seeing some decent reviews, hoping for a budget-friendly option for my daily commute and work calls. I wasn’t expecting top-tier, studio-quality sound, but what I got was genuinely unusable.
First, the sound quality for music and podcasts is just awful. Everything sounds incredibly tinny and washed out, like it’s being played through a cheap laptop speaker from 2005. There is absolutely zero bass, and when you turn the volume up even slightly past 60%, the audio becomes a distorted, crackly mess. It completely ruins the experience of listening to anything.
But the microphone is where this product truly fails. I tried to use it for a few important work calls, and it was a complete embarrassment. My colleagues repeatedly said I sounded like I was “underwater” or “talking from the other end of a long tunnel.” The mic is so poor that it makes your voice sound distant, muffled, and robotic.
To make matters worse, the noise cancellation is non-existent. The microphone picks up every single background noise – the fan, a distant car horn, even the rustling of paper on my desk – and amplifies it, drowning out my own voice. It’s impossible to have a clear conversation unless you are in a perfectly silent, sound-proof room.
Honestly, this headset fails at its two most basic functions: providing clear audio and enabling clear communication. I regret this purchase and will be looking for a replacement immediately. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Nice products, well designed, light weight, good twitter, and bass is good as it fits outside ear, you can talk and listen conversation clearly.
[...]Also customer service, service centre are good and supportive

I found that the product was not working properly and had three major issues:
It was not fitting properly on the earbud.
There were connectivity issues, as it kept reconnecting several times.
The battery performance was irregular.
I contacted Amazon customer care, and they advised me to reach out to the manufacturer. After several questions, the company asked me to send the product to them. Upon receiving it, they provided a replacement.
With the replacement:
Issue no. 2 (connectivity) has been resolved by about 80%.
Issue no. 3 (battery) is almost completely solved.
However, for the fitting problem (issue no. 1), they mentioned that it depends on the individual user and therefore cannot be fixed.
