No clear instructions on how to use the machine.
The dryer doesn’t work. Its noisy and only one of the drain baskets given gets fitted in the machine, the other top up one is of no use and doesn’t get fit anywhere.

Very delicate product, shabby packing, poor plastic, shaky, noisy.Amazon shows 3 models AA1(INR1499), AA2(INR1999), AA3(INT2499). I ordered advances higher capacity AA3 model, but recieved AA1 model. Bottom suction holds not effective, charger pins are bent, wire length not even half a meter. Clear NO NO for anyone and everyone interested. 1 star given becauae no ratings available for 0.

Absolute rubbish machine. Cant wash even one set of under garments. Overloads in washing. And spinner basket gets thrown off the holder. And the buttons also dont work. Cant use it as a bucket also.
Non returnable so absolute waste of money. Dont buy.
