The product is good and comfortable, but the problem is most of the sofas that are being sent are torn and spoils the look for which it is bought.
It is definitely value for money. But a resolution has to be provided for the defect with which it is received.

Please don’t buy this item. Wastage of money and time. These are the policy of Amazon, Amazon is buying low quality items and advertising strongly to fool customers. Once you buy it, now you’re in problem. They will not replace or refund. They only take time to avoid you. You have to go to court for complaining.
The size of the sofa set is not matching and it seems you are seating on the floor. I complained the same day I received but no actions.
It’s Amazon’s own products but selling in different names to fool customers.
