   After a week lower compartment cooling system not work.After giving several call to customer care, (10 times approx) not visited by service Engineer. Although today visited by service engineer. Told about product default. Still problem not solved and waiting. Finally Whirlpool is Not a reliable product. There is no any service response.

   Received refrigerator earlier. Delivery person denied to open box delivery he said there company doesn’t allow them to open the box. But after showing him mail from amazon he agrees to open the box. By the way in my area all courier personnel are know because it’s a small city. So they agrees. Product received was overall in good condition but there is small issue like dent in my backside. the vegetables basket slider clip lock is broken. But these are the issue which doesn’t affect on look or working system. Size is bigger than expected and overall storage space is good. Looks wise good and steel color is good but i was thinking to buy black but because of unavailability i had to choose steel. Working perfectly ice cube forms in 15 to 30 min. After some time i will update my experience

   I purchased this refrigerator after getting a great deal on Amazon – the discount was huge, the color looked elegant, and the inner space was spacious and well-designed. Initially, I was happy with my purchase.

   However, after using it for 5 years, I’m extremely disappointed with the product quality. This is the third time the sensor and PCB have failed. Each time, the repair costs around Rs. 6500, which is frustrating and expensive. I expected better from a brand like Whirlpool. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product to others.

   The easy ice maker filling system so there’s no spills ans stuck ice makers 
   The segregation of leafy and other vegetables in the crisper 
   The 4th rack for door 

   Where has this thinking been in mass market fridges and why aren’t more people talking about this its the small things that have brilliant convenience factors that makes living easier. If the above things is what makes sense then yeah get the fridge from this brand.

   If your more worried about what people will say then get whatever 
   Why did you pick this product vs others?:
   4 door racks haven’t seen in any other fridge
   Value for money:
   Ohh yes bang for buck i would say as no where else getting a cheaper deal

   Haven’t had a chance to use so not a major factor for me

   Sooo much space im just buying stuff to keep fridge fully stocked

   Works like a charm
