Serviced by elica service person, I did not knew Whirlpool has tie up with Elica. I was frustrated with Elica service and decided to replace my elica hob at the end of the day same experience haunted and end up same person from eilca visited and did the same poor job installing the hob. First of all it took 3 attempts to log a service request on top of it they don’t work on Saturday and Sunday and if Monday is a public holiday you have to wait till tuesday and on Tuesday on normal request they won’t show up unless you raise your voice. Also they are in hurry to close the service request if they are not working on weekend they simply want you to arise a new request on working day so that they can show same day closer. Now coming to installation part extremely poor job thats to paid one, the gasket was just put pasted randomly which was coming out and I had to get it done again calling UC person ended up paying twice. Think again if you are buying Elica or any of it alias brand.
