I have used 2 of these bulbs for 2 rooms and they worked fine for nearly 2 years. No issues whatsoever in the pairing or the connectivity from the app both on android and iOS. But after 2 years it stopped working. It keeps on disconnecting and you have to pair it again which takes longer time after 2 years. Can’t pair the device every time now, so it is useless after 2 years.
Worst part is you can’t use it like normal bulb after 1-2 years as it will keep blinking for pairing. So if you don’t plan to buy this bulb every 1-2 years, stay away.

Ordered in 2021 and using since then .
[...]Only issue for last six months the colours in bulb has stopped working ,now only white and it’s variants working .
Still the bulb on and off as per timer setting

This Wipro smart bulb is pretty good overall. The color changing and brightness adjustments are solid, and while the Wipro app itself isn’t the best, it works seamlessly with the Smart Life app, which is a huge plus. The animated lighting feature is fantastic – being able to customize different light setups and blinking patterns is really cool.
My only real gripe is the music sync; it’s just not very effective. But for general smart lighting and customizable animations, it’s a winner.

Been using it for 2 years now. It’s an overall good product. Light brightness and dimness is perfect. You can save a preset light if you want. I’m giving it 4.5/5 even tho I have it a 5★. I would take out 1/5★ as for music sync option, unless your screen is on it won’t function.

Wipro makes poor quality product with cheap service quality. Literally 3rd class service by Wipro. Not blaming Amazon or the seller. The bulb wasn’t working since I plugged it to the holder. Unfortunately opened the package after 22 days. Couldn’t return or replace. Wipro didn’t gave any warranty. No replacement, no repairing, no response at all. I kept the masterpiece with me as memento from Wipro
