I regret buying the Wipro electric iron. Within a short period, the non-stick coating on the soleplate started peeling off, making it sticky and damaging my clothes. Clearly a quality issue, despite the product being under warranty.
What’s worse is the terrible customer support. I reached out via WhatsApp, email, and phone multiple times—no proper response, no resolution. I was tossed around between different WhatsApp numbers and each one was just as unresponsive as the last. Not once did Wipro’s team proactively follow up with me. I had to keep calling and chasing them myself.
Honestly, I expected better from a brand like Wipro. If the product fails and your customer service doesn’t even care, what exactly are we paying for?
Not recommended at all. Save yourself the frustration and go for a brand that values its customers.
