Because of I have no option of giving o star I give 1 give star… received totally dammage and full of dent product.. temperature button automatically goes down…big problem of tempreture.. totally west of money..i take customer support of Amazon to give it return…but still no body pick up it.i humble request to all pls don’t by wonder chef otg on Amazon.. amzon returns service is also poor.. I struggle very much to give it return..i humbly request to Amazon pls help me ..and also suggest everyone pls don’t buy Wonderchef otg.

Worked as expected very well, Still I don’t keep it in max temperature fearing glass,
[...]The display of all letters are difficult to read especially if you don’t keep in straight level.
Like the timer functionality where it turns off automatically. Rotisserie rod is ok, but a bit
shaky to keep heavy stuff. Need to be careful while closing and opening door as they are
a bit loosely coupled.

Received a great product the second time!! Correct the second time. Received a defective product for the first time for which I was required to contact the customer care to return (Very tiring). The support guy was good though. The item itself is great though for a large family. Can easily roast a goat leg. Or a full chicken also in that sense.
