Highly satisfied with the product. I have a special fond towards the black finish so ordered it. As everybody knows regarding the quality of Littmann Stetho this particular stetho is very much capable of delivering good quality auscultated sounds. I could hear all those which I don’t used to get using a normal sthetoscope. And regarding the genuineness of the product, Yes it is a genuine product. Littmann’s India Official Website clearly mentions that Cloudtail is their authorised dealer in Amazon. Also registration process was super easy, could easily registered the product for warranty claim. I would advice everyone to check the delivery partner whether it’s Cloudtail or not before buying, otherwise you might end up buying a counterfiet.

Got this for 12,599 on Amazon sale…so if you can wait…watch for sales
I originally had a rossmax 2k cardiology…both are comparable…I have been able to pick up murmurs which litmann classic 3 couldn’t ..so if anyone is short on money then this is a extremely great alternative
The seller I got this was from clickretail…not cloud tail
The fundamental difference between this litmman other cardiology is the sound…here you can hear the heart sound like they are unfiltered and crisp
While my other steh I feel it’s bit loud and other sounds also get in the way…so litmann is like a refined product
Also the reason I got this is cause everyone has litmann classic…very few have cardiology…so another reason is show off😂😂
Only thing is price…I don’t feel it’s 20k worth but for 13k whihc I got I feel it’s a steal deal

I’m in my final year MBBS and this stethoscope has literally changed the way I used to auscultate. All my friends and I had Indosurgicals silvery 2 till 3rd prof. While in final year many bought the classic 3. However I’m glad that I spent a little more to get this cardiology 4.

Ho comprato tanti fonemdoscopi ma ritorno sempre su Littman. La qualità si paga e il cardiology è davvero utile per una valutazione precisa. Si spende qualcosina in più, ma cambia la vita. Rispetto al III, quando c’è l’ho al collo, si appiccica un pochino di più, ma nulla di che e ovviamente, pesa un pochino di più, quindi non adatto a chi soffre di cervicali, ma davvero stra consigliato
