I have gotten used to my adc cardiology 600 series, which I feel has better acoustics overall but comparable to the master cardio, except in price and lifetime warranty, I mean the master cardio is great but not exceptionally better than its closest competition. And the pediatric silicon cuff was not included with mine.

I am a respiratory therapist so I need my stethoscope to go with me from Adults and pediatrics in the ER to neonates in the NICU and all in between.
This 22″ version is hands down the best stethoscope I have ever tried and it is louder than the 27″ version of the same scope.
I would recommend putting a length of pedi vent circuit on it so the oil from your neck don’t break it down. It will not fit neo vent circuit as the tubing diameter is to large.
