This oven may look nice, but it’s completely useless. It can’t reach the maximum temperature of 250°C as claimed. When you set it to the desired temperature, it either stays too low, or if you increase it to adjust, the temperature still doesn’t stay stable. it either drops or goes too high, but never holds steady at the set point.
The worst part is that the company doesn’t explain this issue or offer any help. We spend money expecting a working product or at least proper service, but if we’re not getting either, then it’s just a waste of both time and money.
I contacted Agaro Lifestyle about this problem. After wasting 3 days, they simply said, “Sorry, we can’t help you.” I had already replaced the product once and still faced the same issue. I requested technical support or a refund, but they ended the conversation by saying they can’t assist any further.

Small and Handy. Very Useful and low cost product. Easy to operate and less Space consuming. overall good for a small family of 2 people. 4 Star given due to one minor dent, that is not clearly visible. Baking is good, takes around 30 minutes to prepare finger fries at 250 degrees. Heats food. Bakes Well. good for roasting Amla (Gooseberry), Broccoli, Mashroom, Paneer Tikka etc.

Bought this recently in the smallest 9lt size to do some baking experiments. Amazon delivery and packaging were good. This is my first time using an OTG, so I was a little confused. But the Agaro team called and arranged a Live Demo session. Ms Megha from Agaro’s demo team was really helpful, and she explained everything about the product in detail. She answered all my questions. I baked a cake and some bagels, and they turned out perfect. The temperature control and time taken were as expected; it doesn’t take too long. It is very easy to use and learn. This size is perfect for two people. Very happy with the purchase.
