I bought this microwave oven from Amazon with high hopes, but right from the day I received it, the heating performance has been poor. It simply doesn’t heat food properly—dishes come out unevenly warm or completely cold, no matter how long I set the timer or adjust the power levels.
I expected at least basic functionality from a brand-new appliance, but this product has failed from the start. It’s frustrating to wait several minutes only to find that my food is still cold. This defeats the whole purpose of owning a microwave oven.
I tried contacting Amazon support, and while the return/replacement process was available, it’s still disappointing that such a defective product was shipped in the first place. Clearly, there’s a quality control issue.
Would not recommend this product at all unless the manufacturer addresses this heating defect. Very poor experience overall.
