Product is working Good. Water quality is Good as well. A leak in plastic angel cock given along with this product so I had to Buy steel one from outside. Also, they have not given connectors for pipes. We had to buy! It costed me 500 extra for these things. Even though installation is free.

Good product! Go for it if you’re fine with plastic tank, otherwise prefer for a ss tank or copper.

Installation was also satisfactory.
It’s a good purchase for the money you spend plus you get the filter along.
Tds level in my home before installation was 145 and after installation drops to 30 which is very good.
Using the product is also very easy.
Update: Due to may be installation issue, recently after 3months of usage we found water dripping from the body of the purifier and the technician found out that due to pressure one of the pipes connecting to an internal filter got pulled out due to water pressure.
Please ensure proper installation is done.
