I bought Bajaj Ninja Series Grace 500W Mixer Grinder almost one and half year over. The quality, functionality, performance is good, but the grinding box is difficult to handle without hand. Other than that remaining is okay.

It’s been less than 2 months and the mixer is broken. Tried placing warranty option but it’s a scam, you can keep changing pages and at the end the option won’t select.
Tried contacting amazon customer service, they will keep switching you between links to end up at the page where you started.
