Bought this product 2 yrs back. Didn’t find it durable. The plastic material used is not that good quality.
[...]Though the motor was powerful but neither the mixer nor the jars are mend to bear the force the moment it starts. It gives a jerk on starting and the stuff keep spilling out of the jars even if they are filled to the specified level.
Even the customer support is more pathetic. I called up the Pigeon customer care for service realted issue, it was a surprise to know that this item is not being manufactured by Pigeon. There is a company named Stovekraft that manufactured this item and using the brand name of Pigeon. I asked the executive to give the customer care no. of that company, they straight away denied saying they didn’t have that.. such a silly excuse…
In the end, I would say if you are going buy this or any other item from Pigeon, be prepared to face all the issues that I faced if you need any service or warrenty support.
