Motor Stopped Working in 2 weeks after receiving the product .The jar is also leaking .Performance wise this is good . It works on Hardest things as Goose Berry in Blender . Looks like Some where they are not maintaining Quality standards .Screws on the bottom starting rusting with in just 2 weeks of receiving the product . what does any one say on this . Is amazon selling refurbished products or Manufacterer selling sub standard products .Feeling bad after buying this product . i bought a new sujatha Juicer grinder because of this bad product . After Making complaint , this takes close to 2+ weeks to send a new one .
As per the balzano support , They will send new motor only if the product goes bad with in a month . after one month , they will fix the existing motor . After facing the problem with in 15 days of purchase , what is quarantee that this product will run for longer time . Amazon is giving lot of deals becuase they are lot of complaints mostly . My final comments are that performance is good but this product is not longer run . better look for something else if you want a quality product .

One Great thing is that is received the delivery of the product after ordering it the very next day . Packaging is great but there is no seal on the package .
