Product is very satisfying.
But I wonder if at the sorting facility they are stealing some amount.
Every packet has a little tear and instead of 5 kgs it always comes 3- 4 kg only.
Even the big holding bag in which the 4 packets are kept is torn every at the opening.
But it could also be that the packaging is very flimsy and gets torn during transport
Will order cash on delivery next time.

Easy to use and has odor control but the clumping quality has decreased since last purchased. Is virtually dust free though. I would rate it 5 if the clumping was good
