   As far as the Service is considered, here is no provision to have the filters replaced despite several attempts.

   The product is good, but lacks service! Buy this if you are considering this product only for a year. What a waste of money.

   Few marketing strategies are so effective & innovative that consumers often remember what companies want them to (example: Xerox vs. Photocopy).
   Similarly, for most of us Purifier is a term that doesn’t exist, and is well known as “RO”. Hence, I’ve seen most of the consumers installing RO even in the locations that doesn’t require one leading to wastage of precious water.

   This purifier is suitable for use in the areas receiving Municipal Drinking water/ ground water with TDS <200 PPM.
   1. The taste of the water remains consistent maintaining a nearly identical TDS value when compared with the raw water supplied.
   2. The TDS value of the purified water occasionally exhibits a slight increase in it’s value by 2/4, and I suspect the cause of the rise is due to it’s alkaline filter.
   3.You could label it as a “Placebo effect,” but I’ve personally noticed a decrease in my acidity levels since I began consuming this water. Note: When tested, the PH value of both raw and purified water is almost identical i.e. neutral in nature.
   4. Unlike RO, there’s no rejected water that is being wasted by this system.
   5. I recommend one should review fundamentals i.e. TDS and Home based PH Test to be able to make an informed decision on their purifier.

   Its a water purifier not a RO (no water wastage). Size is compact- space saving. Was delivered on time. Installation was prompt!

   I chose this model because the TDS in our area is between 100–150, so there’s no need for an RO. This purifier also has an alkaline filter, which is a great plus. The brand is well known and that added to my trust.

   Installation was done well by the technician sent by the brand. He completed the work professionally on time.

   So far, I’m satisfied. I will be able to comment on their service support only when I need it later.
