Either the product is faulty for not giving that output or the battery is faulty for not recharging!!!

The product is excellent. Note that it needs a stand alone connection so it cannot be connected in a parallel circuit involving other equipments like other lights or exhaust fans. If we do it the bulb will work even if it’s switch is turned off.
