   This stainless steel frying pan has quickly become my go-to cookware. Here’s why I’m giving it a 5-star review:

   Pros:

   Exceptional Heat Distribution: The frying pan heats evenly and quickly, ensuring that food cooks perfectly every time. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the consistency of my dishes since using this pan.

   Durable Construction: The stainless steel construction is incredibly sturdy and built to last. It feels solid and well-made, and I’m confident it will withstand years of regular use without warping or degrading.

   Versatile Cooking: This pan is incredibly versatile. It’s perfect for searing, sauteing, browning, and even deglazing. I’ve used it for everything from frying eggs to cooking the most complicated Indian curries, and it performs flawlessly each time.

   Easy to Clean: Despite what I had heard about stainless steel cookware, this pan is surprisingly easy to clean. With a little warm water and soap, it cleans up nicely without any stubborn residue. For tougher spots, a bit of baking soda does the trick.

   This sees so much use it sits on the stove – no point putting it away. From searing steaks to wok-type use it’s great. & with no non-stick junk on it, it’s easy to clean with a scourer. Recommended.

   This triply stainless steel kadai is an excellent addition in my kitchen. Earlier I used to use usual Wrought Aluminium Kadai, later on I come to know about Aluminium Side effets on the health..was eager to choose a stainless steel one..Initially shortlisted international brands like Meyer & Bergner..but before that I just want to give this kadai a shot. So I just brought it ..& started using it extensively. This kadai proved its worth in every aspect be it evenly heat distribution, efficient cooking of the ingredients, ease of handling the food while cooking. Its flat plane bottom gives even spread of oil in the base, its geometrical profile gives space for handling the cooking material you can easily manoeuvre your ladle inside it..cleaning by hand is super easy though not advisable in dishwasher..colours fade (of metallic part) when it goes under the dishwasher but later when u ll clean it by hand these marks & spots go away eventually. This is a multipurpose utility in my kitchen as I also use it as dough making utensil (Hand kneading) as holding this utensil come easy with its long dual handle & then u can left the dough as it is using its glass cover. While preparing food (specially while frying the veggies) this glass cover retains the condensate droplets of vapour & while lifting the cover these water droplet goes into oil / frying item which is little unwanted. So every time we have to careful while lifting the cover especially when frying vegetables or fish (in more oil).
   Otherwise this kadai has worth its price. Amazon delivery was ok but while shopping for additional one from local utensil shop I got 20% discount on all Hawkins items which is never available on Amazon. So although pricing is Ok but discount offered…I am not appreciating Amazon in that sense.

    Have been using it for few months now , only on induction.
    It does spready heat across the vessel, and it is good. It is reasonably heavy and it is good for cooking and i am happy with the product.
    the wooden handles in the tawa is good definitely needs 2 hands to move the hot tawa around. this handles are not apt if you intend to use one hand and pour / transfer the contents into another pot when it is hot. The handle in the glass lid is poor , gets loosened. I had to look for alternative in couple of months.
