Handle not fixed firmly. Handle rivets are not flush and don’t hold the handle tightly against the pan body.
[...]The replacement piece is OK in all aspects. Good quality heavy pan, early use indicated excellent non stick property with practically very very little oil and super easy to clean.
Versatile for various cooking style, true to size and sturdy build.
A three point rivet for the handle may be an improvement to prevent loose handle overtime

I purchased this pan in June 2024, expecting top-notch quality from a reputed brand like Hawkins. Unfortunately, it has been a disappointment. Food sticks to the surface more than it does in a regular pan, making cooking and cleaning a hassle. Given the brand’s reputation, I expected better non-stick performance and durability.
This experience has been frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend this product. I hope the manufacturer improves the quality in future versions.
