Excellent product. It’s flat bottom good for electric stovetop. Have been using more than 6 months and it still looks new. Easy to clean.

Been hearing a lot about the ” unhealthy” aspects of swallowing Teflon using Non stick pans. Hence decided to try this. Already have saucepans, casserole dishes from the same makers. But a bit disappointed because everything sticks including chapathis. Which is frustrating. It is a sturdy heavy bottomed pan for shallow frying. But beware it’s not Non stick.

[...]Though they claim hard anodized is not nonstick, it can be very much nonstick if you know how to use it. and you can use metal spoons with no worry.
I expect this to last a very long time. Using it past 2 years and no complaints.
It is a little pricey though. And a simple lid would have been great.
