Product is very good in terms of quality.But major concern is it’s built in cast iron handles. Same.company’s 20cm dia pan is having long extended bakelite handle like pressure coocker. But this 26cm PAN handle became so hot during use as one has to use cloth to hold the pan. And this is major drawback.

Love this pan!! Its easy to operate. Very sturdy. Some uneven heat transfer can be expected resulting in the central scoops getting cooked faster than the periphery. Its quite inspiring because its easy and makes delicious appes. So you can keep getting inspired to cook!!
