Ordered 18 inch steel pan. Able to cook omelette nicely and is dishwasher safe

Quality of pan is really good. It wheys 1140 gm without lid. With lid it’s approx 1450 gm. Lid is also thick and sturdy. Total Thickness of pan is 3MM which is best in the market compared to other brands which offers 2.5 MM Thickness.Till my food is not sticking to pan but it also how you are cooking.
Cons – little bit expensive i feel apat from that it’s a very good product
