    I received the violin and I gave it to an experienced professional to tune it but they were unable to do so . The height of the bridge does not match with the violin . The strings are not connected well and there was bend . We can also only replace and not return

    I got everything I was supposed to get: Case, violin, bow, bridge and rosin. Everything in great condition. The only problem was that the bridge didn’t have any grooves, so I had to make them myself, which isn’t that difficult. You just have to be very careful. The case also doesn’t have suspense to absorb the shock in case it falls, but hey, 3k. lol It’s still an amazing deal. I received it today, so I’m just waiting for the strings to get stretched over the next few days so I can tune it properly and get to WORK! Thanks. :)
