I purchased this product once and it worked really well, so I purchased another one, the 2nd one is a night mare. It stops working randomly. THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS THE WORST, THEY CANT SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR 3-4 weeks. NO DECENCY to preschedule. Just randomly call and come like we have nothing to do and are sitting free just for that.
I regret buying it now. The technician came and fixed it. The next time I switched it on after 2-3 days and it was not working again. THIS IS IN THE WARRANTY PERIOD. NEVER BUYING FROM THIS BRAND AGAIN.

This is useless product. Cheap material used to built it and most importantly parts are not reliable. Within 6 month SV is not working and warranty is useless too. Nothing covered- for everything you have to pay even in warranty period.
Please avoid it; I sold it to scrap as lot many issues in 6 month. Dont fall in trap to save few hard earned money.
