[...]I had bought TFC membrane for 850 rupees offline which was duplicate. Hardly gave a discharge of 15 litre and stopped functioning. Then I decided to go for online because sellers offered guaranteed membrane at 1700.
I bought Konvio 100 GPD on Amazon. But unfortunately discharge of pure water was very low. I felt it must be because of the pump although it was just two months old and had very pressure. Despite that I bought a new pump but still the pure water discharge didn’t improve. Then I placed an order for the replacement. Today I got it and I am very happy that it is original and works with full efficiency. Not just flow but taste too improved. Today I got 20 litre pure water in one hour.
Now my new pump which cost me 1600 rupees is in spare. Doesn’t matter. Finally my search for the best membrane is over.

This membrane actually control the TDS level… My water TDS level is 625. After installing it the TDS level is 60 now… Very good filter and the brand is truly Trusted….

I bought this for the 2nd time when the 1st one worked well for more than a year.
The 2nd one was a faulty one(I come to know just in few weeks of using it) and had a manufacturer defect. The water purifier guy I called for to check confirmed this. Then since it has a 6 month warrenty, I contacted them and they first said this happened because of poor water quality which is not the case. Later, they asked me to courier it sahibabad (UP) while I stay in vizag(AP). Only this way they said they can help.
But it’s a such a hassle for me and also have to bear courier charges which is around 500rs. They don’t have service centers in my city.
Even if I courier it I don’t think the brand customer service doesn’t look promising in replacement so I just bought a new one through a guy since I am tired of going through that process. So I lost a 1000 bucks on this here.
Anyways, what I suggest you is try to order items after checking whether the brand has service centers in your city or atleast if the brand’s firm is located in your state.
This is not just for this appliance but for anything that has warrenty. You may not see the stuggle behind while buying an item despite having warrenty it takes a hassle to claim and get replacement.

As per bis, 100 to 500 tds is drinkable and good for health. Among many brands I tried it does the job. Earlier brands can bring down to max 400. But this worked better and brought down tds to 170. Have been using it since 9 months and still works. Recommended
