This purifier is good, filters with UV and UF. Great for daily use and store water. Use for municipal water areas. Digital indicator is helpful and storage of also big.

The product installation was quick, and the product is appropriate for me as I get municipal water whose TDS is <50. I am satisfied with the product. The technician asked us to install a pressure regulator as water pressure in the building is apparently high and causes the pumps to fails frequently. Do not know if this claim is true, but installed it anyways to be safe. It's a clean addition to the kitchen.

I bought this product around 2 months ago and it has been giving multiple problems.
It worked fine for a month without problem, then suddenly water stopped going in. I had to call the customer service 2-3 times to get someone to visit and solve it. The technician bypassed one of the parts inside and said it will be replaced. The water comes in now, but the part has not been replaced after calling the customer service for at least 6-8 times now. They say they will come, but never show up.
Then recently, the adaptor has been failing to come on every now and then. The technician on phone says that ‘it is a voltage problem’, but none of our other appliances have a problem.pNow, we don’t know what to do with this product. It is useless for now.
