The product was not working properly, get heated and shut off in every 1-2 minutes within 15 days of purchase. I complaint lot even to Pigeon as Amazon customer service said but all in vain. I speak to amazon senior customer service person but he denied to help as he ask me to get rejection letter from manufacturer. I told them I purchased through Amazon still they are not ready to take their liability. They were rude and asked me get anyhow denial letter if manufacturer deny to give me the said letter then also. Otherwise they won’t refund me. Such fraud played by them. They do not even have concern if they loose their one customer and do not have fear of law.

We are just a family of 2.. me and my wife.. but still can’t get anything done with this machine.. even with very less load, it doesn’t grind well, doesn’t make dough batter at all, cant even grind coconut properly..!! Within 30-40 seconds of operation, it auto cutoff. Normal mixer is 700-750 watts, so thought 550 is not that low.. but this is just a joke..!
