   Got it for 550 during 2021 sale and has been using it for a year. So I guess I’m quite eligible to write a review.

   The top of the mop comes off pretty quickly (a month in my case) apart from this the product is durable and even after using it daily for a year there is no breakage or anything.

   Also the lock of the mop sometimes gets opened on its own.

   Now I feel the need of changing the refill.

   But I must say at 550 it was a steal deal

   We can’t applay more stress on the stick and it will brock the inside spring and it cant be repairable. But the other thing like bucket and cotton are good.

   The product is good according to the brand and I got this in ₹517 during the sale. At first I had got the product with the lock missing. Then after the replacement I got the right product. One more thing is that there is slight change in the product as its a new model. In the new model there is only telescopic rod and in the previous one there were 2 rods including the telescopic one and one normal rod. So don’t get confused. Otherwise its quite sturdy. But don’t use it carelessly though its branded. Its durability depends on how you use it.

   Pigeon has degraded quality of their products drastically. Mop handle is too light and it makes a lot of noise when you mop the floor. Top edge of the handle is already broken in 2 uses. Bucket handle is at wrong side. When you pick the bucket, it gets leaned over the heavier side and whole water gets spilled on floor again.
   Mope refills are of poor material. Floor doesn’t clean well.
   Overall, a pathetic experience with pigeon with this time. I had used pigeon mop earlier and without any second thought I went for Pigeon again but this time they really disappointed me.

   Initially I liked it since it was light in weight as compared to my previous mop. But the overall experience was very disappointing because the mop head got separated from the stick only after about 2 months of use. I tried everything to get it attached but nothing worked. Truly devastated since I expected that a brand name mop would last me longer than my previous generic one.

   Below are few observations on the product after using it daily for few weeks.

   Pros
   – easy to use, and gets the job done.

   Cons
   – Not durable
   – design can be improved upon.

   Within 2 days, end cap on the mop handle broke off, and within a weeks use the mop stopped rotating while in unlocked status. Turns out the plastic end point of the internal spiral rod is not secured firmly with the external tube and it comes off with the application of slightest of pressure. The mop handle rods could have been assembled properly.

   Another design flaw, the drain hole on the side is higher than the bottom of the container, leaving residual grey water at the bottom, in short it is of no use.

    good product easy to use packaging is good it come packed in a box of a tv😁😁😁😁😂😂😂😂 i have no shown that box in review over all product is good (more satisfied if i received more microfiber refill) you get 2 refill out of the box, length of rod is 4-5 foot. easy to use product
